This is the hidden truth where Apple has many collaborations with Samsung a huge organization where they work on these products and help them attain their required goals. There was a scenario where Samsung had filed a complaint against Apple regarding some miss-use of their feature and which was implemented in Apple iPhones and other devices. Apple being a technology company delivers 100% and that is why all the customers are attracted those devices. It maintains the brand and the quality which is monitored very closely and help customers to be happy all the time.
The service sector consists of the soft parts of the economy such as insurance, government, tourism, banking, retail, education, and social services. In soft-sector employment, people use time to deploy knowledge assets, collaboration assets, and process-engagement to create productivity, effectiveness, performance improvement potential and sustainability. Service industry involves the provision of services to businesses as well as final consumers.
Services may involve transport, distribution and sale of goods from producer to a consumer as may happen in wholesaling and retailing, or may involve the provision of a service, such as in pest control or entertainment. Goods may be transformed in the process of providing a service, as happens in the restaurant industry or in equipment repair. However, the focus is on people interacting with people and serving the customer rather than transforming physical goods.
Now when we say about people interacting with people, there are many ways they can interact namely a face to face meeting at a place where they can sit and have a presentation or might be over the skype calls which is more convenient and more time saving for all of the business people.
