With every great idea and innovation comes the weaknesses, the biggest one Smiles All Around faces is financial as it takes serious amount of cash to get all systems up to regulation and provide a safe and functional facility. Not only does it cost a lot of money, extra spaces have to be remodeled giving the center an extra kitchen, play areas, and bathrooms. Money is also needed to pay the staff of the sick side, since they have to be medically trained doctor, nurse, certified physicians assistant. Yet one way to overcome such a huge investment at the start of the facility is to open up the well program first and have it in operation while construction for the sick program. Of course there are sick seasons where lots of children are mildly ill, and then there are seasons where only a few children are sick. Staffs for the sick program are not full time employees during the well seasons they are on call for us if we need them. No one sick no one works that program.

Our reputation is something we will have to build we as a new company will not come with one, and so to make sure that we have the highest standard of care not only for the well program but for the sick as well. We want parents to speak highly of us, to let other parents know that hey if your child is sick you have another option, you can take them to Smiles All Around Childcare and they will watch them. We do not just want to be a sick program but eventually have the children in our care at all times.

We have the opportunity to bring something to Greensboro, NC that has never been here, a place to take your children when they are mildly ill and you cannot afford to take off another day of work. For a flat fee of $50.00 a day we at Smiles All Around Childcare will take care of your child so you do not have to miss another day of work, or possibly even lose your job. We are competitive because no one else in our area even comes close to being able to offer a sick program for your children at a daycare facility. There are only two other programs in the entire state, on in Charlotte that offers the same ideas as Smiles All Around, and then in Thomasville, NC a local hospital offers to care for your mildly ill children during the day so you can work. (Rosen, 2010) However every childcare facility in Greensboro, NC does not allow a mildly ill child to be in there facility while sick, this means parents must find other options. With more parents having to work, more children go to daycares and schools sick spreading their germs to other children, with no other alternative because they cannot afford to take off work to care for their sick child.
