The article contains the Bloom's Taxonomy that provides a consistent means of developing the single most powerful tool for the assessment. It also written in the article about the goal of the Bloom's taxonomy that motivates the educators to focus on the three domains that create more holistic form of education. The Bloom's Taxonomy educational objectives divided into three domains which are the following Cognitive domain, psychomotor domain, and Affective domain. It also explains or gives a background explanation about the Bloom's Taxonomy. It explains that the Bloom's Taxonomy multi-tiered model classifying thinking according to six cognitive levels of complexity. It also includes the lowest three levels which are the following knowledge, comprehension and application. In the section of the Cognitive domain it states that it deals with how the student acquires processes and utilizes knowledge. It focuses to the intellectual skills and familiar to the educator. Cognitive domain is the core of the learning domain. It also states that the cognitive domain is well suited for online environment of the assessment. In psychomotor domain it has its own stages and these are the Action, Coordination, Formation and Production. It ended with Table 2 which is Affective domain it outlines the five levels and table 3 is psychomotor domain outlines the seven level and keywords. In assessment of learning domains it talks about the course outcomes (COs) that identifies what the learner will understand and able to do by the end of the course. In Table 4 template of COs with POs and learning domains it shows or explains how individual CO is linked with the POs, in Table 5 assessment of learning domains, Table 6 shows the level of cognitive mention in each questions and there are 4 tables and the results and discussion about the table and the research that conducted by the authors.
