Exxon Mobil Company has received criticism especially its Indonesia that has been cited to violate human rights. For instance, it is noted that in the year 2001, a lawsuit was recorded against the company in the Federal District Court of Columbia. It is alleged that the human rights recorded a number of cases committed in the Exxon Company like murder, torture and sexual offence against its employees. It also happens that all the cases were committed by the Indonesian military under the support of Exxon Mobil through material support. Despite the fact that the company has faced very many accusations from both the employees for poor pay and pollution, it has greatly tried to foster motivational measures among employees. The company has tried to offer healthy insurances to its employees and also instant medical services to its working staff. A motivational measure like offering of gifts to hard working staff has been realized as one of the key factors to enhance employees productivity in the firm thus developing the company.

Apple is also one of the greatest companies in the annual rankings of the Fortune Magazines. It is one of the influential multinational companies in the worlds competitive markets. It is all about technology with the Apple Inc. The company specializes in computer Hardware, computer software, digital distribution and electronics appliances. Steve Jobs founded the company on 1st April 1976 by with his business partners Woznia and Ronald Wayne in Cupertino, California in United States of America. It has got its headquarters in Apple Campus, Cupertino, California in United States of America. The Apple Inc. incurs average revenue of about US$182.795 billion and an operating income of about US$52.503 billion. The company also has a net income of 39.510 billion dollars with 115,000 workers as for July 2015. It is also important to note that Apple Inc. is the second largest information and technology company by revenue in the world behind Samsung. The company is also more advantaged than any other company as it enjoys a great brand loyalty than any other informationtechnology based company in the world. Its brand is valued at $118.9billion according to the inter brand nominations.

In conclusion, although Apple Inc. has had a smooth run over the last decade it is notably that it has been under fire due to its working conditions at the Chineses stores. According to BBC investigations, Chinese are over worked in the Chinese factories dealing in Apple products. Despite the fact that Apple had promised to improve the status of its employees there still lays that gap. The company has tried to lay motivation ethics in its workers in the United States, for instance, rewarding them with Apple products such as phones, tablets, and computers. The company is also responsible for the medical attention of its employees so as to keep them working efficiently.
