In French administrative courts, deal with public law cases (taxation, town council/local elections) which are divided into levels First instance courts ("Tribunal administrative"), Intermediate appellate courts within administrative courts of appeal ("Cour administrative d'appel") and Courts of last resort within the Council of State ("Conseil d'Etat"). In the ordinary courts of France, there are two layers and two separated (civil and criminal) Jurisdictions 1. First Instance Courts appear with two courts Courts of general jurisdiction in first sentence and Specialized courts in first instance. In addition, two followed courts hold several types of court. The former consists of Criminal courts Police court ("Tribunal de police") such courts deal with unimportant cases which its fine is up to 1500, Criminal courts ("Tribunal correctionnel") are in charge of small crimes such as robbery, burglary etc. and also make up a part of the chambers of the High court, Jury court ("Cour d'assise") has responsibility for serious cases (felonies) and a jury court which consists of skilled judges and jury is existence in each department of France, and Civil courts Court of lay assessors ("Juge de proximite") in spite of unskilled judges, they handle the price of claim that stands at till 4000 fine, Trail courts ("Tribunal d'instance") and High courts ("Tribunal de Grande Instance") which deal with whole civil matters (up to 10000 fine) is considered as ordinary civil courts when other courts do not have limited jurisdiction for cases. The latter consists of Labor courts ("Conseil des Prud'hommes") that carry out a special process on litigating the matter between bosses and workers, Commercial court ("Tribunal de commerce") is in charge of the cases of business areas (litigation among businessmen or businesswomen) or commercial matters and Social Security courts ("Tribunal des affaires de la scurit sociale") have responsibility for insurance issues (pros and cons), the payment and the lawsuit between users and the society. 2. Court of Appeal ("Cour d'appel") has various chambers civil, social, commercial and criminal chambers. The number of court of Appeal makes up 36 that gets a handle on legal investigation and evidence in the case. 3. Supreme Court ("Cour de cassation") is organized in Paris city. It usually opposes the decisions of professional court with the appeals which are not in a rule besides, it deals with the issue of law that is opposed to the Courts of Appeal (Berton, F. 2010). Furthermore, according to the structure of French law there are three "Books" in the Civil Code. The heading of Book One is "Of Persons", Book Two's "Of property and Different Kinds of Ownership" and "Of the Different Ways of Acquiring property" in Book Three.
