Employee involvement and Delegation of Duties
Decision-making is a strategic approach to designing the best initiatives that can help in improving an organization. Employees are the end-users and implementers of most of the decisions made at the top management level. For this reason, business owners need to involve the views of the staff in making sensitive change decisions. Through this engagement, the employees learn to appreciate change initiatives. Creation of Safe and Conducive Working Environment
