Since the R&D department has the changed the format of the product documentation it is becoming difficult for the technical and sales team to understand the product. There is no effective communication between these departments which is leading to poor performance and declining the sales.
Methods for communication
Communication is an important factor in any field. We must be able to express ourselves clearly and make sure that our point is reached to other person in a proper manner. Generally, there are three methods of communication
