People should have more rights around the police. They should not be forced into questioning. They should also have the choice to have their lawyer there before they start the questioning. If they did not have their lawyer there and something goes wrong then they would be on there own to fix it and that's what lawyers are meant for. So people should be able to call their lawyers there before the questioning is started.
People should have a choice to have a lawyer or even being questioned. People could be put in jail for something they did not do. People could go to jail for a timing mistake by a police officer because the people did not have a right to tell them they wanted their lawyer or have a choice to be questioned. So if a person is put in jail for his inacents and its the police's fault then i think if they found who really committed the crime they should give the person they put in jail a some kind of sorry gift and they should also have to apologies.
People should have a right to have their lawyer or even when we want to be questioned. The police just come in and take you for questioning when they fell like it and when they think is the best time.
