Have you ever heard of the Miranda Rights? Rights people have when you are being prosecuted by the Police. The man who found these natural rights was Ernesto Miranda. The rights state "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you? With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me?" We must know why to maintain these rights. We have to know why we have the right to remain silent. We also need to know why we have the right to an attorney. He found these natural rights after getting out of jail and expressed them to the public. These are the Natural Rights of the people and must be maintained.
We must maintain these rights because they are extremely important to people's lives and could save us a lifetime of sadness and despair. These are our natural born rights given to us by the founding fathers. They could save us from being sentenced to jail. We would get proper trial. We need to be educated on the subject. These rights must be maintained to save us from jail and isolation.
The rights to remain silent, probably the most important in my mind. The right to remain silent is a natural right. People do not have to speak if people choose not to. This is a very common statement people may have heard in movies and t.v. Miranda confessed because the police officers did not tell him about this right. Being silent means nothing though if you cannot be defended in court.

If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided. Even if guilty, these attorneys will still defend you in a court of law. The right to be defended is another one of your natural rights. All of the other rights are pointless if you can't be defended against evidence opposed to you.
These are the Natural Rights of the people. Miranda was uneducated on this subject and that is why he wanted to share it with you. We must maintain the rights because they could save us from Isolation and Misery. We can be silent and not confess about what we may have done or committed.
